What’s the difference between a bookkeeper and an accountant?
Bookkeepers are responsible for processing the paperwork side of a businesses such as financial transactions and providing advice regarding debits and credits, payroll and much more. But, they are unable to give guidance or advice about financial investments or tax issues, only an accountant is qualified to do that. Bookkeeping & Payroll 4 U are able to take care of everything for you including your end of year reports, filings, HMRC Tax representation, bookkeeping, payroll and more.

Do I need to physically come to your office with any paperwork?
No. We use modern online systems so there is no need for you to come to our office or for us to come to yours. Our partnerships and online systems which are user-friendly and adaptable to different business types allow real-time accounting information and are accessible anywhere, anytime, from any internet connected device. As digital copies of documents are now accepted by HMRC it is no longer necessary for you to store any paperwork for six years, saving you space and storage costs.
Can I pay upfront for any services in the proposal?
Yes. You can, we have an option available for one off payments including a generous discount.
Will I be able to afford the services available?
Yes, we will carry out a consultation online and you will be able to see all of the services available. You will see our bespoke proposal live and we can amend or add on services to suit your budget.
Do I pay for the online consultation meeting?
No, currently we are offering this service free to new prospective clients.
Can I provide my completed bookkeeping data for you to process and file my self assessment and accounts?
Yes you can. We will work with you to build the right accounting package for your business.
Can I pay my proposal fees in instalments?
Yes you can. We have majority of our clients paying in monthly instalments as we use payment methods including GoCardless and Stripe as well as direct bank transfer.
